Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join their team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Team Member

Location: Edwardsville, KS

Pay Range: $19/hr

Shift: 9am till 5:30pm, Monday through Friday - Must be able to work overtime when needed

What's the Job?

Pick items accurately using Radio Frequency (RF) devices or pick tickets to fulfill customer orders.

Verify the correctness of items, including unit of measure, size, and quantity.

Quality-check and pack customer orders efficiently and with care.

Receive and inspect incoming freight, identifying any discrepancies.

Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring proper organization and safety compliance.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, with warehouse/distribution experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Good reading, comprehension, and number recognition skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
