?? What You'll Do

Perform quality control inspections on finished units and materials

Conduct electrical testing including:

Voltage

Current / Amperage

Continuity

Resistance

Troubleshoot and assist production with:

Rewiring power supplies

Switching and adjusting heaters

Complete visual inspections on wood panels and components

Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and performance standards

?Key Skills

Strong electrical testing and inspection experience

Knowledge of amperage and voltage testing procedures

Ability to identify defects and ensure top-quality output

?Qualifications

Intermediate-level experience in electrical work or inspection

Experience using modern testing equipment and tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
