Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join their dedicated team. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $22.00/hr

Shift: 5:30AM to 2PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Perform manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated cleanroom environment.

Utilize glovebox/isolator systems to assemble and process medical device products according to established procedures.

Inspect materials and products to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.

Complete batch records, production documentation, and data entry accurately and in real time.

Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment, process, or quality issues to support uninterrupted production.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required.

1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom environments.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and GMP requirements.

Basic computer, math, and problem-solving skills.
