We're hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join a team that helps companies solve critical hiring challenges by connecting them with specialized talent.
In this role, you'll learn how to:
Build relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
Identify business needs and hiring gaps
Drive interviews, offers, and placements that impact revenue
You'll operate within a structured business cycle that combines sales, recruiting, and client consulting, giving you a foundation to grow into Account Management, Business Development, or Leadership roles.
What You'll DoProspect & Build Relationships
Reach out to candidates and professionals through calls, LinkedIn, and email
Build relationships and gather market insight
Learn how companies operate and how hiring supports their business

Qualify Hiring Needs
Ask targeted, business-focused questions to understand roles and teams
Identify required skills, success factors, and hiring timelines
Determine what "great" looks like for each opportunity
Strong qualification is critical-top performers consistently generate new requirements and understand the full business @context behind each hire
Source, Screen & Match Talent
Identify qualified candidates through sourcing and outreach
Conduct interviews and assess skills, goals, and fit
Prepare candidates for interviews and drive feedback
Manage Relationships & Deliver Results
Maintain ongoing communication with placed consultants
Support strong first-day and onboarding experiences
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business

Align daily on priorities, candidates, and strategy
Review progress and adjust approach as a team
The organization uses a structured Chair Up / Chair Down cadence to drive alignment, accountability, and daily execution across recruiting and sales

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
