Shipping Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and logistics industries, is seeking a Shipping Assistant to join their team. As a Shipping Assistant, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting logistics, inventory management, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Administrative Assistant

Location: Pasco, WA

Pay Range: $18 to $25 DOE

What's the Job?

Manage shipping and receiving of materials, equipment, and supplies

Track and perform regular inventory counts and reconciliation

Coordinate and support weekly scheduling meetings for technicians

Assist with operational tasks to support daily business needs

Maintain organization of technical documentation and materials

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 3 years of recent administrative support experience required

Ability to perform hands-on, detail-oriented work in a technical environment

Comfortable using basic hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and pliers

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SharePoint familiarity is a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed
