In this role, you'll be a key part of the team behind the scenes, helping ensure loans are funded accurately, efficiently, and with the high level of care our customers and teammates count on. Responsibilities Process requests to funding and fee request loans in a timely fashion while ensuring that all policy and regulatory requirements are met. Process general ledger entries, complete wire transfers, daily loan settlements and balance accounts as needed with great accuracy. Perform all funding processes for Capital Investments group Accountable for interpreting and translating Consumer and Basic Commercial loan documents for entry to the Jack Henry Silverlake operating system with great attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborate effectively with lenders and administrative assistants to efficiently resolve discrepancies with funding and fee requests, documentation discrepancies, scanning issues, and other issues that arise. Reply to or refer to proper team all lender, customer and financial institution inquiries regarding servicing issues for commercial loans Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct. Perform other duties as assigned.
