Amazon's Accounting organization is seeking a bright, motivated, team-oriented individual to support multiple Directors. In this role you will join a diverse, enthusiastic and supportive Executive Assistant (EA) community providing a unique opportunity to develop your administrative skills and experience while helping other EAs do the same. This is a fun and rewarding opportunity in a dynamic international organization.

This fast-paced, challenging role requires an individual with flexibility, good judgment, an eye for accuracy, who exercises attention to detail, while working under tight timelines. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders globally is critical. A proven track record of effective time management, taking initiative, working independently, delivering exceptional results, and exceeding expectations is important. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is self-driven, and adapts to changing circumstances with grace.

The candidate will be an effective communicator, with both verbal and written correspondence, possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities for this team is important.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Key job responsibilities

Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements

Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel

Completing expense reports, purchase orders, and managing corporate card purchases; participation in budget planning and tracking as needed

Tracking and helping to drive completion of key deliverables, following up on overdue items

Planning and coordinating team activities and events

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

High school or equivalent diploma

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
