Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Wilkesboro

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

What's the Job?

Read blueprints and use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers

Operate machinery including lathes, mills, surface grinders, and CNC/Komo machines

Perform material handling, preparation, and general production tasks

Complete preventative maintenance inspections at the start of each shift

Support general warehouse duties and work overtime as needed to meet production demands

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (team lift required for heavier items)

Basic math skills and ability to read and understand technical drawings

Availability to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
