Title : .NET Lead Technical Engineer / Architect

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead Technical Engineer / Architect who can lead the design and delivery of intelligent, enterprise-grade applications while remaining hands-on in development. This role requires deep expertise in .NET architecture, backend services, API development, and strong working knowledge of React for building modern user interfaces. The ideal candidate combines architecture leadership, strong coding ability, knowledge of software design patterns, and practical experience using AI and LLM-powered engineering tools within disciplined software engineering guardrails.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-enabled enterprise applications using .NET for backend services and React for frontend development.
Remain hands-on in coding by building .NET services, REST APIs, orchestration layers, integrations, and React-based UI features.
Design scalable application architectures that incorporate AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation capabilities while maintaining reliability, security, and maintainability.
Define and enforce architecture standards, coding practices, design patterns, and engineering guardrails across the development lifecycle.
Apply strong software design principles including SOLID, dependency injection, modular design, event-driven patterns, and service-oriented architecture.
Partner with product managers, UX designers, AI engineers, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to translate and refine business needs into robust technical solutions.
Guide teams on API design, service contracts, frontend architecture, state management, testing strategies, observability, and deployment readiness.
Review solution designs and code to ensure alignment with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability expectations.
Mentor engineering teams and drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices that improve productivity without compromising software quality.
Support modern DevOps, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and automated testing practices for end-to-end software delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong hands-on software engineering experience in C#, React Framework , .NET services, enterprise API development, and application design.
Proven experience leading architecture and technical delivery for enterprise-scale applications.
Good hands-on knowledge of React framework, JavaScript or TypeScript, and modern UI development concepts for building responsive web applications.
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed application components.
Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, and enterprise software design patterns.
Working knowledge of AI or LLM-enabled application use cases, intelligent workflow design, or AI-assisted development tooling.
Experience with secure software engineering practices, code reviews, testing strategies, and modern DevOps workflows.
Ability to balance technical leadership responsibilities with direct hands-on contribution to software development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence technical decisions.
AI-Assisted Engineering Expectations
Experience using AI LLM coding agents, developer copilots, or AI engineering tools to accelerate solution design, coding, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
Ability to apply AI-assisted development within software engineering guardrails, including architecture standards, code quality expectations, security controls, privacy requirements, and review processes.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically for correctness, maintainability, scalability, security, and alignment with technical and business goals.
Define responsible AI development practices, ensuring generated code and design artifacts are verified through human review, testing, and governance controls.
Support the use of AI and LLM capabilities in software products where relevant, while preserving engineering rigor, traceability, and operational reliability.
Promote practical prompt patterns, reusable AI workflows, and team conventions that improve delivery speed while protecting software quality and design integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms for hosting .NET applications, APIs, AI services, and scalable solution components.
Exposure to Claude, AI orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation platforms.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with frontend architecture, reusable component design, and modern UI engineering practices in React.
Background in modernization, performance tuning, observability, and enterprise application transformation.
Experience leading technical teams, architecture discussions, and engineering delivery for complex digital solutions.
This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who can architect modern AI-enabled solutions, code critical backend services, and contribute effectively to frontend application design using React. The successful candidate will bring a balanced mix of architecture depth, delivery leadership, hands-on engineering, and disciplined use of AI-assisted development practices to help teams build high-quality software at speed.
The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $130,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
