Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This role supports a high-volume production environment by operating screen printing and mini mill equipment, performing wiping and rework tasks, and assisting with shipping activities. You will handle repetitive, detail-oriented work, maintain strict quality and safety standards, and keep your work area clean and organized while contributing to overall production goals.
Responsibilities
Operate screen printing equipment by attaching screens to machines, pouring paint onto screens, and activating the machine to push paint through the screen onto products, repeating this process 400 or more times per shift.
Keep the screen printing area clear, clean, and free of contaminants to protect paint quality and finished products.
Rinse and prepare parts after excess metal removal and stage them properly for painting, ensuring they are ready for downstream processes.
Essential Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately over the course of a full shift.
Ability to work on a production line and in a warehouse production or production assembly environment.
Patience and focus to perform high-volume, detail-oriented work such as screen printing and wiping operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in detailing, production line work, warehouse production, or production assembly is beneficial.

Work Environment
The facility operates in a climate-controlled environment designed to keep employees comfortable during production shifts. First shift typically runs from 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with Friday hours from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and offers some flexibility to accommodate day care situations. Second shift runs Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Shipping hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work involves standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks such as screen printing, wiping, and handling parts from die cast and mini mill operations. Employees may operate equipment including screen printing machines, mini mills, and forklifts (with training provided if needed). The workplace emphasizes cleanliness and organization, requiring employees to keep their areas neat, clean, and orderly. Safety is a core focus, with adherence to safe lifting and bending techniques, use of protective equipment where required, and implementation of SDS guidelines. Dress should be appropriate for a production and warehouse setting, allowing safe operation of machinery and compliance with safety requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
