Factory Controller

Our client, a global consumer goods and manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team. As a Plant Controller, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the Factory Leadership Team and cross-functional partners (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning). The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Controller

Location: Evansville, IN (Relocation Assistance Provided)

Pay Range: $142,000 - $212,000

What's the Job?

Lead site budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with production and operational needs

Monitor factory costs and performance, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities

Drive monthly financial reviews and track KPIs such as OEE, cost per unit, and productivity

Own CapEx processes including business cases, tracking, and ROI analysis

Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support decision-making

What's Needed?

10-15 years of finance experience, including 2-3 years in a manufacturing/plant environment

Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CA preferred)

Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and internal controls

Experience with financial reporting, FP&A, and cost accounting in manufacturing

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
