Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick, scan, label, stage, and replenish products using pallet jacks. Prepare shipments by packaging, banding, shrink-wrapping, and labeling according to customer specifications.
Inbound & Outbound Operations:
Load and unload goods from trucks and containers. Sort shipments based on size, @type, and destination. Verify and reconcile driver pickup and delivery documentation.
Documentation & Quality Assurance:
Interpret and process freight codes to ensure efficient handling. Weigh, label, and measure shipments. Identify and document any damaged or misrouted items.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, company policies, and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
Equipment Handling:
Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic maintenance checks. Immediately report any malfunctions or issues.
Attendance & Productivity:
Maintain consistent attendance and meet productivity expectations. Be flexible with shift schedules, including overtime when required.
Team Collaboration:
Exhibit professionalism and respect toward supervisors and colleagues. Contribute positively to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support general warehouse maintenance, cleanliness, and other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Work Environment
This entry-level role offers flexible shift options: Sunday-Wednesday (night shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (day and night shifts). The job involves continuous movement, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting between 21-50 lbs regularly. The warehouse environment is fast-paced and requires repetitive physical tasks such as loading and unloading. The dress code is casual, and all necessary safety equipment is provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
