Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Range: Based upon experience

What's the Job?

Oversee warehouse employees to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness meet business objectives.

Counsel and support hourly employees with their needs and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

Address performance behaviors by recognizing positives and addressing negatives constructively.

Utilize Quality Network problem-solving processes to identify opportunities and engage the workforce for solutions.

Conduct daily safety observation tours and ensure compliance with safety standards and shop rules.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business school training preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and management systems.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate and work effectively with others.

Ability to analyze complex problems and apply management and scheduling systems effectively.
