Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise full-stack marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, events, trade shows, and content marketing.
Develop and manage B2B lead generation and demand generation programmes that drive growth in qualified leads and pipeline contribution.
Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including written, visual, and video content, to support brand storytelling and engagement.
Shape and maintain clear, consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
Lead event and trade show marketing activities, including pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up to maximise lead capture and ROI.
Produce or coordinate video content, photography, and other visual storytelling assets to enhance campaigns and support sales enablement.
Manage marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo to build workflows, nurture campaigns, and scoring models that support the sales funnel.
Use CRM and marketing analytics tools, including platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, to track performance, report on key metrics, and tie marketing activity to business outcomes.
Oversee website management and optimisation, ensuring the site supports lead generation, conversion, and a strong user experience.
Implement SEO and organic growth strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and engagement from target audiences.
Ensure consistent execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives, maintaining clear timelines, priorities, and quality standards.
Develop scalable marketing systems, processes, and documentation that support sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to align marketing programmes with commercial goals and feedback from the market.
Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards that communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for future action.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in B2B marketing within apparel, promotional products, print, or B2B manufacturing, with a focus on lead generation and brand growth.
Hands-on full-stack marketing execution across multiple channels, including digital, content, events, and trade shows.
Strong track record in B2B lead generation and demand generation, delivering growth in qualified leads and pipeline contribution.
Experience in content marketing and brand messaging, with the ability to create and manage engaging campaigns and narratives.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, including building and managing workflows and campaigns.
Experience using CRM and marketing analytics platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, to track performance and inform decisions.
Competence in website management and optimisation, including improving user experience and conversion performance.
Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies to increase brand visibility and drive relevant traffic.
Ability to develop clear reporting tied to business outcomes, including campaign performance, pipeline impact, and engagement metrics.
Capability to design and maintain scalable marketing systems and processes that support consistent execution.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in event and trade show marketing, including planning, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Skills in video content creation, photography, or visual storytelling to support campaigns and brand communication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
