Our client is looking for a Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager to work an on-going, fully remote assignment. Note that while this role remote, there is a possibility that it could convert to a full-time position, which would require candidates to be onsite in Stamford, CT. Job Description:Senior role within brand marketing focused on influencer and creator strategy, execution, and performance. Requires 8 to 10 years of experience building and managing full funnel programs. Partners with agencies on talent sourcing, execution, and performance tracking. Drives brand storytelling and performance content for paid social, including whitelisting and dark ads. Works cross functionally to align programs with business goals and translate audience insights into effective content.Responsibilities:Strategy and OversightSupport development and execution of influencer strategies aligned to funnel goalsPartner with agency on timelines, reviews, and campaign launchesProgram and Budget ManagementHelp manage large scale programs from concept to executionSupport creator identification and evaluation for brand fit and representationReview and approve rates and track budgetsReview briefs and content for quality and accuracyCross Functional and Vendor ManagementCoordinate approvals with Brand, Legal, and other teamsCollaborate with Social, Product, and Media teamsSupport vendor management with opportunity for ownershipMeasurement and ReportingTrack campaign performance and ensure alignment with goalsTurn data into insights and optimization recommendationsMonitor live content and ensure proper trackingStay current on platform updates and trendsQualifications8 to 10 plus years of influencer marketing experience, including managing team membersExperience in large scale B2C organizations such as telecom, tech, ecommerce, or subscriptionsStrong knowledge of contracts, FTC guidelines, and usage rightsCreative and strategic thinker with strong prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environmentFamiliarity with tools such as Sprout, CreatorIQ, GRIN, or AspireGrowth mindset and ability to adapt in complex environmentsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
