Role summary:
The Manager, Technology Operations serves as a key bridge between Operations, Compliance, Vendors, Product, and Engineering within the Marketplace Screening pillar. The individual will provide day-to-day guidance and clarifications to Operations teams, partner with Compliance to develop and maintain SOPs, and coordinate with Change Management teams to support training and adoption of new processes and tools. The role will also gather feedback from frontline agents on third-party tools and features, communicate insights to vendors and stakeholders, and support proof-of-concept evaluations, vendor assessments, and operational improvement initiatives to strengthen marketplace screening operations.

The team is dedicated to developing and scaling marketplace screening capabilities that ensure a trusted and efficient marketplace experience. Collaborating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and external partners, the team enhances screening workflows and operational performance. It plays a vital role in driving operational excellence through strategic planning, vendor management, data analysis, forecasting, and continuous process improvement. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, focused on addressing complex operational and marketplace challenges at scale to support sustained business growth.
What you'll do:
Act as the primary liaison between Operations, Compliance, Vendors, Product, and Engineering teams.
Provide day-to-day operational guidance, clarifications, and support to Operations team members.
Partner with Compliance to develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and operational processes.
Coordinate with Change Management and Training teams to support rollout and adoption of new tools and workflows.
Gather feedback from frontline agents on third-party tools and platform features and share actionable insights with vendors and stakeholders.
Support proof-of-concept evaluations, vendor assessments, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Marketplace Operations, Vendor Management, Product Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Experience with vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and partner management.
Proven ability to manage operational processes and drive scalable improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Experience with forecasting, operational planning, and performance reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketplace, trust & safety, risk, screening, compliance, or platform operations environments.
Familiarity with operational analytics and dashboarding tools.
Experience leading strategic operational initiatives from concept through execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
