Position Summary...
The Manager, Global Brand Portal Operations and Training plays a key role within the Intellectual Property and Brand Protection team by driving the successful operation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Walmart's Global Brand Portal. This position partners with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple markets to support program execution, platform governance, and operational alignment. The role is responsible for leading training and enablement initiatives that promote effective use of the Brand Portal, managing technical issue resolution and escalation processes, and ensuring a high standard of operational support. In addition, the Manager leverages platform performance insights and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities, influence product development priorities, and support the rollout of new features and global expansions. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement, effective change management, and clear communication of platform updates, best practices, and process improvements across internal teams.

What you'll do...
Lead cross-market operational coordination across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, partnering closely with Global Brand Portal Sr. Managers (CA & MX) to support program execution and alignment
Design and deliver a comprehensive internal training program for business partner teams to drive adoption and effective use of the Global Brand Portal
Monitor and manage the resolution of Brand Portal technical issues, ensuring timely escalation, consistent follow-through, and overall operational excellence
Analyze Brand Portal usage trends and performance data to generate actionable insights that inform and influence feature enhancements and product roadmap decisions
Communicate and cascade Brand Portal updates, process changes, and best practices to Operations teams and agents in the U.S. and China
Support the rollout of new Brand Portal features and global platform expansions, ensuring smooth implementation, stakeholder readiness, and minimal disruption
What you'll bring...
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflict and educate internal stakeholders on brand protection and the Brand Portal
Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights from Brand Portal data and drive performance improvements
Working knowledge of intellectual property and common concerns shared by rights owners
3+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry
2+ years of relevant experience in intellectual property, risk management, policy enforcement, brand protection or legal operations

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30010: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
