About the team:
The Data Capabilities team within Data Ventures leads global sourcing and access management for essential supplier data and product dimensions. They develop dashboards that support insights and analytics, driving continuous improvements aligned with business goals. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team applies product strategy, roadmap management, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful solutions. Emphasizing analytical skills, strategic thinking, and innovation, the team advances product lifecycle management and integrates emerging technologies. Their work fosters effective relationship management and process enhancement to support organizational objectives and promote sustained growth.
What you'll do:
Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging market insights and domain expertise.
Lead roadmap development, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Utilize data analysis and AI capabilities to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and optimize product outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Promote innovation by identifying opportunities for automation and emerging technologies within the product domain.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience managing complex products or product families with strategic vision and autonomy.
Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management using Agile methodologies.
Ability to leverage customer insights, data analysis, and AI capabilities to drive data-informed decisions and innovation.
Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to align product goals with business objectives.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
