Job Description
The Assembler prepares fabricated and finished products for shipment by performing final assembly using hand and power tools. This role follows drawings, work instructions, and blueprints to fit and install hardware to frames while maintaining high quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble and prepare all fabricated and finished products for shipment to customers.
Perform final assembly of components according to drawings, work instructions, and blueprints.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
Fit and install hardware to frames and other structures with precision.
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand/power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Basic computer skills to navigate instructions and production systems.
Basic math skills for measurements and verification of dimensions.
Comfort working in a moderate to loud production environment that can be dusty during grinding and sawing operations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a production or assembly environment.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and practices.
Ability to operate or work around forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
This role is based in a modern, beautiful production facility that features an on-site gym and a rooftop deck with mountain views. You work in a moderate to loud manufacturing environment where conditions can be dusty during grinding and when using saws, so adherence to safety practices and protective equipment is important. The facility supports an active lifestyle with instructor-led fitness classes during lunch and offers van pools to help with commuting. The workspace is designed to be both functional and comfortable, encouraging collaboration and hands-on work with tools, equipment, and assembly material

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
