Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail and mall location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere for guests and tenants. This role offers the chance to deliver strong customer service, communicate clearly, and work with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Sat01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Sun11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, assist with crowd management during busy periods, and support a professional environment for guests and/or employees.

Communicate with local management, tenants, and/or emergency responders as needed, provide clear incident information, and complete required reports related to daily activities and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
