Job Summary:

Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor is responsible for safely and economically producing quality roofing granules while driving a continuous improvement culture within their work group. This role involves leading, managing, and developing the work skills of employees, and managing costs to produce the required quantity and quality of granules on-time and according to the production plan.Essential Duties
