Job Title: Assembler-PO2
Job Description
The assembler is responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines by applying job skills and company policies to complete a variety of tasks. This role requires acquiring a working knowledge of product flow and understanding the impact of quality. The assembler will work on routine assignments, receiving general instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments. Operating within established policies and procedures, the assembler seeks approval for deviations.
Responsibilities
Read and follow instructions for specific jobs at the work station.
Perform in-house quality checks and document any defective parts.
Utilize basic hand tools such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers.
Assist in cross-training focus factory members as instructed.
Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.
Essential Skills
6 months of manufacturing experience.
Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
Ability to read and write effectively.
Knowledge of production, assembly, and tool usage.
Ability to operate torque tools and perform mechanical assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined and comes from a manufacturing environment.
Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
Ability to frequently reach at waist level and occasionally above head.
Ability to carry up to 10 lbs and lift up to 45 lbs.
Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
