Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and shipment processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER

Location: Mansfield, MA

Pay Range: $19-$21

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What's the Job?

Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.

Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles.

Assemble customer orders for shipment via UPS/LTL.

Process shipment paperwork, verify merchandise accuracy, and follow shipping instructions.

Use scanners for Warehouse Management System tasks, including picking orders and general material put-away.

What's Needed?

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attendance record and punctuality.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Basic knowledge of electrical products is preferred.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure customer satisfaction.
