Job Description

Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph *

The Carpenter, Maintenance performs the carpentry duties necessary to maintain in good repair building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors. Work involves most of the following:

Examines blueprints and determines dimensions of structure. Layout and construct light gauge metal framing.

Hang, tape, finish and sand new drywall.

Layout and install acoustical ceiling grid. Install acoustical ceiling tile.

Install ceramic title.

Must perform snow-removal duties during inclement weather, which may occur on holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Basic Job Requirements

High school diploma / GED equivalent is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and 3 years directly related experience is required.

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

U.S. Citizen

Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $83,000.00
