Actalent is looking for a back-office medical assistant located in Fort Worth, TX!

Medical Assistant (Back Office)

Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$20-$22/hour

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Medical Assistant experience preferred

Strong EMR documentation and organizational skills

Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and patient care

Key Responsibilities

Room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurately in EMR

Prepare exam rooms with necessary equipment and supplies

Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and monitor inventory levels

Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols

Answer and route phone calls appropriately

Assist with scheduling, patient check-in, and chart management

Perform clerical tasks such as filing and scanning

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allen, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
