Our client, a leading organization in the Anaheim, CA area, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Anaheim, CA

Pay Range: $23/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services

Support administrative tasks and maintain organized records

Utilize company software to document customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

What's Needed?

Basic clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures

Customer service or office experience preferred, but training will be provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn new software quickly

Minimum of 0 years of experience required
