What you'll do...
Join a team that sits at the center of business execution-turning strategy into clear plans, scalable processes, and high-quality digital content that helps associates and stakeholders move faster. In this role, you'll lead and support projects at multiple sites/clusters and improvement programs end-to-end, removing blockers, driving adoption, and ensuring initiatives land smoothly across the business. What You'll Do
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, and measuring progress against performance standards.
Lead and develop associates by hiring/selecting, training, mentoring, assigning work, setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing performance to build a strong, team-based environment.
Evaluate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, gathering input, and applying improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage multiple projects by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance; tracking changes; managing risks/issues; monitoring budgets; and providing routine status reporting and presentations.
Lead content management initiatives by prioritizing requests, building and maintaining tools/templates/resources, guiding platform best practices, and ensuring content quality and governance alignment.
Improve processes and drive behavior change by analyzing performance baselines, simplifying workflows, developing sustainable solutions, aligning cross-functional partners, and managing post-implementation improvements tied to metrics.

Have strong program/project management expertise, including scope definition, timeline and milestone management, risk/issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and executive-ready reporting.
Bring experience with process improvement and change management-using data to identify gaps, simplify workflows, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
Understand content governance and digital communications, with the ability to build scalable tools/templates and maintain quality standards across platforms.
Are a people leader who develops talent through coaching, clear expectations, feedback, and recognition-building a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
Communicate with clarity and influence-able to align diverse stakeholders, translate complex work into actionable plans, and deliver outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
