Warehouse Packer - Refrigeration

Location: Hatfield, PA 19440

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4:00AM start), overtime as needed

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Through Kelly Services)

Job Overview:

Join our fast-paced team packing and shipping meal kits, specialty foods, and pharmacy orders! No experience needed-just a great attitude and readiness to work in a cold environment. We make it easy to get started and offer temp-to-hire positions for reliable workers.

What You'll Do:

Quickly pick and pack customer orders

Use gel packs and dry ice to keep items cold

Check labels and seal boxes

Keep your area clean and follow safety rules

Help with inventory and restocking if needed

You Should Be:

Comfortable working in cold/freezer temps

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for your shift

On time and ready for early starts

Detail-oriented, positive, and a team player
