Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Mon10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Tue10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Wed10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Thur10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by greeting patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at the front desk while carrying out site-specific procedures and other security-related protocols.

Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to control access to restricted areas in accordance with location guidelines.

Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when needed.

Support front desk operations by answering questions, providing directions, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating clearly with staff and guests.

Observe activity at entry points and waiting areas, report unusual behavior or policy violations, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Compliance with hospital vaccine requirements is required.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
