Sales Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to support a busy onsite team in Burlington, Massachusetts. This Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving office, communicates confidently with clients and colleagues, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. The role combines front-line call handling, meeting coordination, and administrative support while maintaining a highly detail-oriented workplace presence.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls with care, direct inquiries appropriately, and create a positive first impression for clients and partners.

Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings for team members, ensuring schedules are organized and appointments are confirmed accurately.

Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document organization, filing, and general office assistance.

Assist with arranging team lunches and other onsite logistical needs to help maintain an efficient work environment.

Use Microsoft Teams and related office tools to support communication, scheduling, and internal coordination.

Maintain a detail-oriented onsite presence at all times and represent the team with strong business etiquette in a fast-paced setting. Requirements - Bachelor's degree is required.

Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar office-based role.

Ability to handle inbound calls confidently and communicate clearly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and standard administrative office functions.
