On-Site Administrative Assistant

Job Description

As an On-site Administrative Assistant, you will be joining a team in an enterprise security organization, This team covers an organization of 1500 people where the support ratio is 1 to 150 people. You will be primarily responsible for calendar management for 1 - 2 individuals in the scope and handling administrative duties and planning office events for the rest.

This position is on-site 5 days/week

Skills and Requirements

2+ years in a customer service @type of role

1+ years as an administrative assistant

A team-player, a willingness to help, being solution-oriented

Personable, calm under pressure, process-oriented Previous experience working at MSFT
