We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of specialty finance funds and external investment platforms focused on asset-backed securities, credit facilities, whole-loan platforms, and equipment leasing. This role is directly accountable for delivering successful fund and investment platform launches, owning end-to-end execution across internal workstreams and external service providers from structuring and formation through operational readiness and go-live, with full responsibility for timelines, scope, and execution quality.
The role requires deep specialty finance expertise and the ability to drive timely decisions and execution in a fast-paced environment. The Program/Project Manager partners with Product Development and Alternatives investment teams in a strategic planning capacity to shape and align the strategic plan, desired outcomes, and target timelines. The role also operates in partnership with senior leaders across the firm to drive day-to-day execution, managing delivery across multiple concurrent priorities and time-sensitive deliverables while communicating progress, risks, and key decision points in executive forums.
Responsibilities
Build and own the integrated project plan (scope, milestones, owners, dependencies) for fund launches and investment platforms across all workstreams
Lead cross-workstream risk and issue resolution, proactively unblocking critical-path decisions through ownership and escalation
Provide transparent, executive-ready reporting to stakeholders, synthesizing progress, risks, and required decisions
Leverage industry knowledge to guide fund and deal structuring ensuring that the optimal support model is designed and that legal/financing/servicing arrangements are executable
Drive sequencing and execution of legal entity setup, account opening, and downstream operational dependencies to ensure an on-time go-live for fund and deal closing
Ensure financing and hedging arrangements are operationally aligned with fund and deal structures, timelines, and go-live requirements
Coordinate and manage deliverables and service expectations across external providers (outside counsel, fund administrators, custodians, loan platforms, data/technology vendors)
Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for key providers during launch and post-launch stabilization
Design operating models to support new specialty finance products and platform capabilities
Develop repeatable playbooks, templates and checklists that enable consistent execution as the platform grows
Partner cross functionally to improve system integrations, data flows, and support processes that reduce manual effort and risk
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree
12-18+ years of experience in financial services, including 7-10+ years in specialty finance, structured credit, or credit-focused alternatives
In depth understanding of specialty finance lifecycles from origination through execution and ongoing management; examples include whole loan platforms, forward flow agreements, equipment leasing programs, cryptocurrency, etc.
Deep knowledge of how fund structures, deal economics, hedging, and financing translate into operations, legal, and finance requirements
Demonstrated success leading end to end fund launches and onboarding of forward flow platforms involving complex structures and multiple internal and external stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com)
Preferred
MBA, JD, or equivalent advanced degree
Experience with Visio, Miro, Appian, Aladdin and Arcesium
Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
