?? Pay: $18-$22/hr. DOE

?? Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5pm

R360 Environmental Solutions , a Waste Connections company, lead the nation in environmental oilfield waste management. With a commitment to reliability, safety, and sustainability, we're seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Administrative Assistant to help at our Midland, TX Office

?? The Job:

Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies

Report maintenance issues to building management

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)

Order office furniture as needed

Organize and assist with office moves

Maintain office equipment including printers and copiers

Maintain office keys and building entry cards

Maintain filing system including well logs

Assist with travel requests including car rental reservations

Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.

Assist with planning company events

Reserve conference rooms for company meetings

Assist with catering needs

Order field supplies as needed

First point of contact for visitors and deliveries

Provides clerical and office support to ensure efficient daily operations

Perform other duties as assigned

? Requirements:

1+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting managers or executives in a corporate environment.

Proven experience and proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word , Outlook , and Excel ; proficiency in PowerPoint a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage projects and calendar matters for follow-up.

Professionalism, discretion, ability to work with others and good judgment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, solve problems and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
