FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: Supports department(s) with administrative projects supporting leader initiatives. Uses business applications for calendar management, creation of spreadsheets, reporting, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information. Primary focus is in project work for leadership which may include: process improvement, complex data analysis, compliance, maintaining credentials, strategic planning and program coordination. Duties may vary by assigned area. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant or 6 years of Secretarial experience or 3 years of direct area experience. Experience with Learning Management systems is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Problem solving skills, critical thinking, and data analysis skills to support departments. Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
