The Manufacturing Operator 1is contributing to the delivery of high-quality equipment by assembling, testing, and preparing mechanical components that meet engineering and customer standards. This role is ensuring precision in every build, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality requirements. By executing assembly processes with accuracy and consistency, the assembler is helping strengthen product reliability and customer satisfaction.

As an Manufacturing Operator 1, you will be responsible for :

Assembling components according to bill-of-material requirements

Performing functional testing on mechanical assemblies

Test-assembling equipment per customer and division criteria

Operating test equipment in alignment with engineering standards

Applying settings, calibrating, and maintaining assembly tools

Preparing completed assemblies for shipment

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a strong mechanical background

Have the ability to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment

Have the ability to follow instructions accurately

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Have 1+ year of relevant experience
