Job Title: Industrial Sewer
1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm ($18-$21hr)
Responsibilities
Review and interpret fabrication tickets, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate production of sewn products.
Select appropriate materials, threads, and equipment to manufacture a variety of sewn products according to specifications and quality standards.
Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain industrial sewing machines and related production equipment to meet production requirements.
Use tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure precise cuts, seams, and assemblies.
Print, select, and accurately attach product tags and labels to finished products.
Track, count, and report inventory levels as required to support production planning and control.
Produce sewn products and assemblies in accordance with instructions while meeting or exceeding established quality assurance standards.
Move and handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
Identify and report any defective or substandard materials, supplies, or finished products to maintain product quality.
Essential Skills
Experience in sewing or working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to set up, operate, adjust, and maintain sewing machines and production equipment.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
Ability to use a tape measure accurately and perform basic measurements.
Solid verbal communication skills to follow instructions and coordinate with team members.
Basic math skills to support measuring, counting, and inventory tracking.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to multi-task in a production environment.
Ability to lift or pull a minimum of 50 pounds to handle materials and products safely.
Comfort working in a production setting performing general labor and assembly tasks.

Work Environment
This position operates on a first shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in a clean, temperature-controlled production facility. You will work with industrial sewing machines, double-needle equipment, tape measures, and other production tools in a team-oriented environment. The facility emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to quality standards, providing a structured and supportive setting for industrial sewing and general production work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
