Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support and grow the West Region territory for a Medical and Industrial Equipment Manufacturing client. This is a hunter-based role responsible for developing new business, expanding market presence, and driving product specification with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business with contractors, engineers, and healthcare facilities

Sell Amico's industrial product line into construction and engineering environments

Drive product specification with engineers and hospital personnel

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Travel throughout the territory to build and maintain relationships

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years of relevant sales experience

Background in construction, engineering, or industrial sales strongly preferred

Proven hunter mentality with experience prospecting new clients and closing business - Previous work experience with competitors such as Beacon, PowerX, or Pattons Medical

Competitive background (e.g. someone who comes from a competitive sports background)
