Receptionist (Temporary - 2 Week FMLA Coverage)

104 New Stateside Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27516

? Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is currently looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to provide front-office support during a 2-week FMLA coverage assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience and a passion for supporting individuals in a behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience required

Preferred experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment setting

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
