Location/Division Specific Information:
Clinical Labeling Services, part of the Clinical Trials Division, located in Bohemia, New York and Basil, Switzerland provides leading clinical label design, production and management services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Our advanced inspection software, full in-house print capabilities, and proprietary translation and regulatory approval system are designed to reduce overall clinical trial label cycle times.
As a key member of the Clinical Trials Division Financial Team, The Senior Finance Manager will lead the Accounting and Financial Planning for the Global Labels Business. This role will serve as the primary finance business partner to the Global Labels General Manager and leadership team, driving financial strategy, operational performance, and business transformation initiatives across a complex global organization. The position will partner closely with key stakeholders across both Basel and Bohemia operations to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence across the business.
The successful candidate will lead a global finance team and play a critical role in redefining and standardizing financial processes, enhancing system architecture, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This individual will bring a strong strategic finance mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to influence across functions, including Accounting, Operations, Commercial, and other global business partners.

What You Will Do
Serve as the strategic finance business partner to the Global Labels GM and leadership team
Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for the Global Labels business
Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Strategic Planning (STRAP), and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) within a matrixed global organization
Partner closely with Basel and Bohemia teams to drive alignment, collaboration, and operational consistency across the organization
Lead business transformation initiatives focused on process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional global business partners to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable business processes
Support system architecture improvements and finance process optimization initiatives across the business
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, KPIs, and capital expenditures
Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
Identify and lead actions related to business risks and opportunities
Develop executive-level presentations and communicate financial insights effectively to senior leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong strategic finance and business partnering capabilities within a global, matrixed organization
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple sites, functions, and international stakeholders
Experience leading finance transformation, process standardization, and systems improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis, operational finance, and business analytics
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems, and planning/reporting tools such as Hyperion
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
How will you get here?
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance is required
Minimum Requirements:
8+ Years Accounting/Finance experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
String Financial Analysis experience
Strong business acumen
Exceptional communication skills
Proactive, Innovative in approach\Strong ability to partner with senior members of the management team.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $130,000.00-$194,950.00.
