The Senior Restaurant Manager is the steward of that story. This role leads all Front of House restaurant operations for the Green O and Shed, ensuring that service execution is seamless, intuitive, and deeply aligned with the culinary vision. With a constant presence on the floor, the Senior Restaurant Manager sets the tone for hospitality while balancing precision with warmth, structure with humility.
Working in close partnership with Executive Chefs and Food & Beverage leadership, this role ensures that service flow elevates cuisine, creating memorable dining moments that meet and exceed luxury hospitality benchmarks.

Primary job functions:
Guest Experience & Service Leadership
Serve as the principal steward of the guest experience across the Green O and Shed restaurant.
Lead the execution of refined, guest-centric service standards that emphasize warmth, anticipation, and seamless flow from arrival to departure.
Ensure every dining experience feels personalized, intentional, and aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
Maintain a visible, engaged presence on the floor while actively managing pacing, table turns, ticket times, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee interactive and experiential dining elements, including tableside service, signature presentations, and specialty offerings.
Operational Excellence
Ensure seamless service flow across all dining periods and both restaurant environments.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, organization, and presentation throughout all Front of House areas.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure readiness, attention to detail, and consistency.
Create, manage, and adjust schedules to balance optimal staffing with labor efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Front of House leaders and service professionals.
Build strong employee engagement, retention, and internal growth pathways.
Implement structured training programs focused on service standards, service flow, guest engagement, and brand storytelling.
Set clear expectations for professionalism, accountability, and hospitality excellence.
Champion a culture of pride, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Looking for Team Members with:
Minimum of four years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership operations, culinary leadership, event management, or a related hospitality discipline.
Prior management experience in upscale, independent restaurant environments strongly preferred.
Advanced knowledge of hospitality and restaurant management principles, including people leadership, resolution of complex operational challenges, and comprehensive food and beverage oversight.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate operational activities and data, analyze trends, and develop sound conclusions and actionable recommendations.
Proven judgment in making informed decisions within established policies and procedures, supported by strong supervisory and management-level communication skills.
