In this role, you recruit local businesses to join a hub delivery partner program by visiting them in person, presenting the opportunity, qualifying their fit, and guiding them through the application process. You collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive business sign-ups, build referral networks through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. The position requires frequent travel within your territory and offers uncapped commission potential tied to partner conversions.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within Brooklyn and the Bronx to promote the hub delivery partner program.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and encourage them to apply.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the full application process.
Lead prospecting activity, track progress, and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings, to drive awareness and applications.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to build referral networks and expand outreach.
Import and update Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate data and reporting.
Drive referrals through community organizations and local networks to increase the number of qualified businesses entering the pipeline.
Travel throughout the assigned territory using reliable transportation to consistently meet with prospective partners and attend events.
Work toward conversion goals by consistently following up with prospects, addressing questions, and supporting businesses until they are ready for launch.
Essential Skills
1-2+ years of field sales experience, with a proven ability to sell in person and manage a territory.
1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles.
Field sales experience is required, including door-to-door or in-person business outreach.
Strong account management skills, including managing multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.
CRM experience is required, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Bilingual fluency is required, with priority given in the following order: Spanish, Mandarin, and other languages as needed.
Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet outreach and conversion targets.
Reliable transportation to travel throughout Brooklyn is required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with small and local businesses in a sales, outreach, or account management capacity.
Experience in community-based outreach, including working with chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, or local influencers.
Comfort planning and supporting events such as lunch-and-learn sessions, town halls, or similar recruitment activities.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle weekly reporting, data imports, and follow-up schedules.
Motivation to work in a performance-based environment with uncapped commission potential and clear earning targets.
Interest in supporting the launch and growth of a new delivery partner program in a major metropolitan market.
