Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Bear, Delaware. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is committed to providing strong administrative support to internal teams and leadership. ?Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to department leaders and team members. Based on general knowledge.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner. Based on general knowledge.

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments. Based on general knowledge.

Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents. Based on general knowledge.

Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records with a high degree of accuracy. Based on general knowledge.

Order office supplies and help ensure the workplace remains organized and efficient. Based on general knowledge.

Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and basic invoice or billing support as needed. Based on general knowledge.

Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and staff. Based on general knowledge.

Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned. Based on general knowledge.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Based on general knowledge.

2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred. Based on general knowledge.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Based on general knowledge.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Based on general knowledge.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Based on general knowledge.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information professionally. Based on general knowledge.

Experience with office equipment and standard administrative procedures. Based on general knowledge.
