Now Hiring: Semiconductor Machine Operators - Day and Night Shifts

Schedule & Compensation

Shifts Available: Days or Nights

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a compressed workweek (3-4 days per week, alternating)

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on shift)

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment, including robotic systems

Work with fabrication tools used in wafer and panel processing

Load raw materials into machinery and unload completed products

Perform basic equipment upkeep and troubleshoot operational issues

Maintain consistent production flow while meeting quality and efficiency standards

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting

Previous cleanroom experience is a plus

Ability to remain on your feet for extended (12-hour) shifts

Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and product quality

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)

Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Work in a controlled cleanroom setting with proper PPE

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
