The TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) division has been established to pursue medical isotopes development--advancing nuclear science for significant human health benefits. We seek to support revolutionary radiotherapies for treatments of various cancers through the supply of radioisotopes. TerraPower currently has unique access to a supply of thorium for the long-term production of actinium-225 in the growing alpha therapy market and intends to expand into other nuclear related medical treatments.

TPI Radioisotopes Manufacturing Manager

TerraPower Isotopes is seeking a Radioisotopes Manufacturing Manager to lead all aspects of actinium 225 manufacturing as an API starting material precursor for targeted radiopharmaceutical therapies. This role provides full operational leadership for day to day production activities in GMP aligned hot cell and glovebox operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, sound judgment, and proven leadership in regulated nuclear, radiopharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environments. Success in this role requires effective communication, cross functional collaboration, and a commitment to operational excellence, radiological safety, and product quality.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Own end to end manufacturing performance, including production planning, throughput, yield, and resource allocation.

Lead day to day operations within hot cell and glovebox environments while ensuring compliance with all GMP, radiological, and safety requirements.

Oversee execution, review, and continuous improvement of production processes, batch documentation, and data integrity practices.
