What you'll do...
Job Responsibilities
Develops maintenance schedules for operations by planning plant maintenance activities on a daily and weekly basis.
Utilizes computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other tools to coordinate maintenance efforts.
Works directly with maintenance mechanics, production associates, and leadership to schedule maintenance-related downtime while ensuring maximum production efficiency.
Demonstrates collaboration by attending weekly and monthly meetings, providing updates on maintenance schedules, and making recommendations for improvement.
Issues approved schedules along with relevant work orders.
Audits maintenance schedules by planning and implementing audits to verify compliance.
Evaluates schedules when they are not followed and prepares audit work papers, documentation, and final reports of findings.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and available resources.
Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
Carries out tasks, communicates progress and relevant information, and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities.
Adapts to and learns from change, challenges, and feedback.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.85 - $39.85The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
