As a

Senior Regional Sales Manager

, you will lead the charge in driving strategic growth across your region by crafting and executing high impact sales plans that deliver results. You will build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to expand market share and elevate brand presence. You will champion the launch and placement of innovative products, ensuring they gain traction with key accounts and drive long-term value. You will collaborate closely with broker partners to optimize execution in-store, enhance distribution, and secure new item placements that align with consumer trends. You will be the catalyst for regional success, translating organizational initiatives into actionable strategies that fuel performance and exceed sales targets.
