Our client, a leading organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support department, providing vital assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proficiency with office software, and a professional demeanor, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Berlin, PA

Pay Range: $15.00

Shift: Training PT 10 am - 2 pm; FT hours 9 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service

Filing, copying, and performing general administrative tasks

Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications effectively

Supporting team members with various administrative duties to ensure efficiency

What's Needed?

Strong literacy and communication skills

Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet usage

Professional customer service and phone skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
