Job Summary

We are actively seeking organized and proactive Administrative Assistants who are open to temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to various departments by handling a wide range of administrative tasks. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who excel in fast-paced environments. Assignments typically range from a few weeks to several months, with strong performers often transitioning into permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Maintain office supplies, organize physical and digital files, and manage databases for efficient information retrieval.

Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and logistical support for team activities.

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve administrative issues efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Entry-level candidates with strong skills and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using email and calendar management tools.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Reliable, professional, and adaptable with the flexibility to work in temporary assignments and varying schedules.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
