Entry-Level Recruiter Role | Paid Training, Mentorship & Growth Opportunities

Salary: $57,500 per year ($50,000 base + $7,500 COLA) + weekly commission (after training)

Location: Westbury, NY

Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $25.24 per hour

Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Weekly Commission + Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $7,500

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent

Source and screen candidates using various tools and platforms

Manage caregivers and field staff throughout their assignments

Build and maintain relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources

Cultivate industry connections for referrals and business development opportunities

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach

High level of professionalism and urgency
