Schedules: Night Shift: 6pm-6am (12-hour shifts) Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Hourly Pay: $24-$31/hr DOE

Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite

We're hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a growing print & mail distribution company. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting high-speed production equipment and wants long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative & corrective maintenance

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & computer-related issues

Install/relocate production equipment

Track service calls & parts usage

Follow OSHA/EPA safety standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or technical training

Mechanical aptitude & production equipment repair experience

Familiarity with MS Office & Windows systems

Experience with BlueCrest, Pitney Bowes, Bell & Howell, or similar equipment is a plus
